The selection of the impeller is equally important, as it significantly impacts the pump’s performance. We provide impellers in two main configurations:

Closed impellers with curved blades: Designed to maximize efficiency and maintain consistent fluid flow, these impellers are ideal for applications requiring smooth and continuous operation, minimizing the risk of cavitation and ensuring high performance even under challenging conditions.

Open radial impellers: These are particularly suited for handling fluids with solid particles or suspensions, offering a design that reduces the likelihood of clogging and ensures reliable operation in more abrasive or non-homogeneous environments.

Dragon Series
Full plastic small mechanical seal
Dragon plastic horizontal centrifugal pumps are small high performance pumps operated by a direct-drive electric motor for fast fluid transfer and drainage with flow-rates ranging from 6 to 40 m3/h.
The special semi-opened impeller design allows continuous pumping even with dirty fluids with apparent viscosity up to 500cps. and small suspended solids.

CCL Series
Plastic lined mechanical seal
The pump model CCL/CCL-B features a lining of the wetted parts in PP (Polypropylene). The main features/strengths of this model are:
Possibility of mounting single and double mechanical seals;
Closed and open radial impellers;
The shaft sleeve has a stainless steel core coated by transfer moulding in polypropylene;
The CCL range is available in long coupled design with the possibility, via flexible coupling, to be coupled to B3 motors and in close coupled design with motors in B5 frame.

UCL Series
Plastic lined mechanical seal
Single-stage, mechanical seal centrifugal process pumps lined with plastic and fluoroplastic materials.
Available materials: PP (polypropylene), PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride), PFA (perfluoroalkoxy). Long coupled (UCL) and close-coupled (UCL-B) execution.
Versatility: Suitable for pumping corrosive, aggressive and hazardous liquids (slightly contaminated, clean, low viscosity) in the chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries.
Reliability: Various mechanical seals can be installed on UCL pumps. A redesigned bearing support ensures a longer service life even under critical service conditions.
Design: UCL pumps have the same hydraulics as the UTN magnetic drive series, process pumps for the chemical industry.

CCN Series
Plastic mechanical seal
Single-stage mechanical seal horizontal centrifugal bare shaft design. Wetted parts made of thermoplastic materials, such as PP, PVDF, PEHD, to ensure dimensional stability and mechanical strength.
Suitable for industrial applications with corrosive liquids, liquids laden with solid particles, mother liquors and chemical waste water.
The mechanical seal allows pumping of slightly dirty liquids with suspended particles. Available in single seal version (PLAN 02 / 02-62) and double cartridge seal (PLAN 53/A or 54).
